WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We print all apparel on an order basis. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to 3-4 business days.

 

• CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
Once an Order has been marked as "Being Fulfilled" by the Supplier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

• HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at

• RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT? 
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at 
info@littlejerkclothing.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We use Printful Inc. as our dropship supplier. Since orders are made on demand, we can only accept returns for the following reasons: 

• The goods were damaged or mislabeled.

We do not accept returns for any other reason including, but not limited to:
• Buyer's Remorse 
• Size Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

• DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at 
info@littlejerkclothing.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

• HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED?
Please contact us prior to sending your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us, if the return is not due to printing error or quality issues.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

 

• CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. If you have any questions before ordering please reach out info@littlejerkclothing.com

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at  info@littlejerkclothing.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
