WELCOME TO
LITTLE JERK SOCIETY

I’m Matt, the founder. Back in 2019, I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Growing up, nobody talked about ADHD, autism, or mental health. If you struggled, you were just labeled as 'difficult.' I couldn’t sit still, blurted things out, and had a hard time keeping track of everything. I was called a problem, even by my own parents. But the truth? I had ADHD, and because no one saw it, I spent years feeling broken. I lost friends, burned bridges, and was called a jerk, all while just trying to keep up in a world that didn’t get me.

The diagnosis was a relief, but it also came with heartache, knowing how much easier life might have been if I’d understood earlier. It wasn’t until my son was diagnosed that everything clicked for me—his diagnosis pushed me to seek answers for myself. I realized then that I wasn’t lazy, bad, or broken. My brain just worked differently. This was the start of a journey toward self-discovery, learning how my brain works, what holds me back, and what helps me succeed. I also began embracing the positive sides of ADHD—things like curiosity, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.

That’s why I started Little Jerk Society—not just as a brand, but as a movement. A movement to open up conversations about mental health, to challenge how the world views people who think and experience life differently. No one should have to feel like they're broken because they don’t fit in.
We are about being real, even when the world says you should fit in. It’s about standing tall and saying, "I am enough, just as I am." We’re here for those who don’t fit the mold—those who’ve been called too much, too loud, or too different. We create a space for those who march to their own beat, embrace their uniqueness, and own their struggles. Whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, or simply navigating a world that doesn’t understand you, we’re here to remind you: it’s okay to not be okay.

This brand is personal to me—it’s my journey of realizing that being different isn’t a flaw, it’s a strength. Little Jerk Society is for those who are tired of pretending and ready to speak up and be unapologetically themselves. We stand for mental health, neurodivergence, and the battles that often go unnoticed. And it’s not just about words—A portion of our profits supports mental health charities dedicated to research, awareness, and providing resources for those who need it most.
So, if you've ever felt out of place or like you don’t belong, welcome. This is your space. Little Jerk Society is a community for the real ones—the ones who stand out, speak up, and refuse to hide.
